Who Can Play
Tournament
This tournament is open to the whole family. All skill levels are welcome. In fact we will have a play in round that begins at 8:30 am. If you lose in the first round you will be placed in a beginners bracket. If you would like to skip the first game you can just show up and start in the beginners bracket.

Open Play
If you would like to join our cause but would rather not play competitively we will be providing a few courts for open play with pickleball instruction.
Spectators
Spectators are welcomed and encouraged! Bring the family to cheer on the players. There is no entry fee for spectators.
Tournament Structure
Double Elimination
Double elimination brackets provide participants with a second chance to play. In this format, players (or teams) who lose their first match drop into a consolation bracket, also known as the "beginners bracket." If they lose again, they're out of the tournament. Players who continue to win in the beginners bracket have a shot at redemption and can potentially face off against the winner of the main bracket in the finals.

Free Play
If you would like to join our cause but would rather not play competitively we will be providing a few courts for free play.
Available Sponsorships
Court Sponsor ($100 for a 2.5' x 4' banner)
Your companies logo will be placed on a banner on the perimeter of a court.
Booth Sponsor ($400)
This will be a wonderful networking event. As a booth sponsor you will have a 10'x10' area to place a table and back drop. You will also receive two complimentary tournament teams for yourself or players of your choosing. (2 players per team) Additionally you will have a banner placed on the perimeter of a court as well as your company name will be read by our MC multiple times throughout the event. If you would like you can also have mic time to introduce your company and tell us a little about what you offer.

Breakfast Sponsor ($500)
As the breakfast sponsor you will be providing a light breakfast to the participants. Don't worry though, we get the food.... we just need your money :) We suggest that you provide a couple of people to staff the breakfast station and wear company logoed shirts so you get ALL the credit you deserve. We want you to make this a great networking opportunity so it's best if you or someone from your team can be there to meet with the participants. You will also receive two complimentary tournament teams for yourself or players of your choosing. (2 players per team) Your company name will be read by our MC multiple times throughout the event and if you would like you can have some mic time to introduce your company and tell us a little bit about what you offer.

Lunch Sponsor ($500)
As the lunch sponsor you will be providing a light lunch to the participants. Don't worry though, we will get the food.... we just need your money :) Your company logo will be placed right next to the food. We want you to make this a great networking opportunity so it's best if you or someone from your team can be there to meet with the participants. Pricing & What's Included
Tournament
To play in the tournament you are required to pay a $50-$100 entry fee.
$50 tickets are for 2 person teams. With this ticket you do not have access to the Breakfast or Lunch.
$100 tickets are for 2 person teams. With this ticket you have access to both Breakfast & Lunch.
